What is your maximum capacity?

Our maximum capacity is 40 people seated comfortably.

Is outside food and beverage allowed?

Yes! You are able to bring your own food and beverages. Alcoholic beverages are also allowed but must be administered by a certified bartender. NO SELLING OF ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL LEAD TO THE LOSS OF THE IMPOSED SECURITY DEPOSIT AND OTHER PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

CLIENT MAY RE-SCHEDULE THEIR EVENT UP TO 365 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE WITH A CORRESPONDING RESCHEDULING FEE OF $175.

IF THE CLIENT IS A NO SHOW FOR THEIR RESERVATION THE CLIENT FORFEITS THE ENTIRETY OF ALL AMOUNT PAID TO THE ETHOS CENTER.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANYONE ENTRY AND SERVICE TO AND FROM THE ETHOS CENTER AT ANY POINT WE DEEM YOU AN UNSERVICEABLE CLIENT. THE CLIENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Is there a Deposit or Cleaning Fee?

  • We require a security deposit to secure the client's reservation. The deposit depends on the type of event and will be refunded after your event once declared there are no damages made.

  • A cleaning fee is required to add into any of our packages and the price may vary depending on the market price. This is after all of your decorations and food are removed from the venue.

Are Tables and Chairs Included?

6 Rectangle Tables and 35 Plastic Chairs are included in all packages.

Is there a Kitchenette?

Yes we have a 10" sink, large fridge, and, and 12' bar.

What type of decorations are allowed?

No nails, tape, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed on site.


NO OPEN FLAMES. Candles must be placed inside vase or some type of container.

What is required to secure the event date?

A signed contract and a fully refundable* retainer to secure your event date. The remainder of the balance is due 14 business days prior to your event.

*Security deposit will be refunded only if the event has no damages after inspection.

Am I able to change the date of my event?

If you need to reschedule your event, a $25 reschedule fee may apply unless previously discussed.

Do I have to pay for the hours when I’ll be decorating?

Yes. All additional hours needed prior to set up is $125 an hour.


There is a $200 early setup fee if you wish to setup for your event the night before (as availability permits).

Is the venue available for photo shoots?

Yes, you will have use of the full venue.

Do you decorate the venue?

Event planning, decorating, and/or day of coordination are available for an additional fee. We’d be happy to discuss options with you.
